Jose Santiago is an independent, board level advisor and HR Leader possessing a wealth of experience internationally across a spectrum of sectors and geographic environments. Distinguished by a proven and successful track record of delivering Business led HR solutions both nationally and cross border. He is tri lingual with a high degree of competency in English, Spanish and Portuguese and is able to demonstrate a cultural awareness and understanding of multiple geographies across the world. Professionally he possesses the chameleon like qualities to engage seamlessly with an organisation in either a leadership or line role or as a subject matter expert, strategically or tactically engaged. These skills, qualities and experiences are built upon a sound technical understanding of Corporate HR, Talent Management and Development gained in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. His focus over the last five years has been on strategic HR and the implementation of organisation change, transformation, reorganisation, closures, nationalisation programs and projects including diversity. These have been focused in engineering, logistics and supply chain, telecommunications, mining and oil and gas, with some minor projects in healthcare and financial institutions.

Jacky has over 20 years experience in career guidance and employability in a wide variety of public sector organisations, including registered charities and the Third Sector. She has developed a particular forte in working with disability and disadvantaged groups and has completed her MA in Career Guidance from Canterbury Christ Church University. Her other qualifications include an MSc in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and QGC Level 7 in Career Guidance Practice.
